Q: Dose this case support a full size motherboard and a 1000 wat power supply？

Yes it does! I have a full atx x570 motherboard and a 1200watt power supply in it with a 6900xt GPU. It all fits and looks beautiful!

Case came fully assembled with fans already in place

Yes, this case comes with controls, you can control the fan color, also can turn on or turn off the fan lights.

Q: Does it come with controler?

you mean an RGB controller? I believe so. but I did not use the original fans I put my own in because I threw a liquid cooler at the top i think you get a wireless remote and theirs like a wireless sensor you change the colors on the remote
