It works and is safe
Very useful if u hv to strike a balance between serotonin and Dopamine. I take their 5-htp supplement in the morning and this one in the evening (separated by about 10 hours). This dosage boosts serotonin and the St John's wort balances the dopamine. It has made a HUGE difference to my mood and my gut health - yes gut health too. Just go for the duo if u have gastric issues particularly low motility/constipation chronic

Excellent Product
Excellent Product, The ingredients in this herbal supplement worked for me. The main benefit I have noticed is improvement of my mood, which has stabilized. I'm not so easily irritated as I was before I started taking St John's Wort. But it doesn't work overnight. It took a few weeks for me to notice improvement, so don't give up too soon.

Quality is good, maintaina energy level, value for money, boosts mental performance and sleep quality. It is in capsule form so it can be easily consumed. If combine with some amino acids it is a brain performance booster.

Caused repeated allergic reaction
This brand appears to have some issue, earlier I had 1000 mg St. John Wort by brand name Jamieson and that was helpful. However, upon being back in India, I bought this one from Amazon, and used for 7-10 day. In that period, I had repeated allergic reactions and swallowing of lip area, and ended up taking anti-histaminic medicines both the times.Do not recommend using this.

I don't know why this product is not popular here in India I saw one interview on you tube about Dr. wort Extract and ordered this.... the product and it's benefits are just wow..it's and also very budget friendly 3 Months dose in just 800 rupees (I ordered in sell).

Over dose
ഡോസ് ശരിയല്ല. മുഴുവൻ സമയവും കിടന്ന് പോകും.The dose is not correct. I will lie down all the time.
