I hate psyllium, but no more, I LOVE THIS PSYLLIUM!Needed psullium for gluten free baking.To begin with, the AROMA!!! WOOW.Flavour! Texture!This smells delissious, tastes great, is smooth and silky!I had absolutely no intention to consume this in the beverage, only as an baking incredien, but I changed my mind, because it smells soo good! I mix it in to my chai latte, and add cardamon and honey; perfect snack. Blends well in warm tea, just din't add too much, because psyllium gets jellyish.This is gut-good-stuff, for your health!Thank you for GREAT PRODUCT!

I've been buying this product for about 10+ years. A year or so ago they changed the formula.How can you say it's the same formula, when it looks diff, tastes diff, and gives different outcomes? What a joke. Hating the inevitable about being of a certain mature age and dealing with constipation. This despite a balanced diet including fruits, veggies, and grains, exercise, still have been sluggish for several years. Recently read about this product in an article discussing my exact issue, mentioning this product by name. Knew that Amazon would carry it, and ordered it with fingers crossed. It is all that I hoped it would be-pleasant taste, ease of drinking (after a thorough blending), and gentle results. Once a day, first thing in the morning does it for me. Another plus, to put it delicately, is that my hemorrhoids are grateful, and I need to use less toilet paper. It also helps me get that needed glass of water, although drinking it slowly gums it up too thick, and have to be sure that I allow the extra liquid to be eliminated before leaving for exercise. Although a little voice in me says it’s too bad that I will need this for the rest of my life, I am prepared for this as long as this powder does its job and the company doesn’t go out of business.

It’s like drinking a cup full of brown, muddy water. With a slight hint of flavor. But, at least it works, and works well. So I’m torn. Wish I/they could improve the taste.
