Always use this to protect my toes on long hikes, very comfortable and long-wear. Also used for strapping to support plantar fasciitis, very good stuff.

Great tape for keeping at bay those pesky blisters. My sons used this tape on the west Highland way and prevented any blisters from appearing, great product.

Great for binding my chest, doesn't come off when sweating or anything, make sure to cover your nipples with it on ofc as its very sticky. Love this product for chest binding

Used to protect my feet from blisters on a hike, the best thing about this tape is that it doesn't come off easily, lasted on my feet for a whole week of hiking without coming loose or peeling.Did a good job protecting my feet from blisters, I still did get some but I lasted a few days longer than normal with no issues, the tape also definitely stopped any blisters from getting worse and becoming more sore.Only issue is that when the tape got damp it became sticky on the outside, making it difficult to get my socks off as they would stick to it.

Very sticky and strong. Used to tape my feet for a 100km ultramarathon and it genuinely prevented blisters in the usual places. 100% would recommend.

Really good quality tape for long walks on the feet.

I bought this tape to prevent blisters, but unfortunately it didn't even make it to the day of the walk. Luckily I had the foresight to test it beforehand, as if I had gone hiking with this on my feet, it would have immediately bunched up and simply given me worse blisters. As soon as I applied it I doubted its sticking ability, but put that down to my slightly sweaty feet. I thoroughly dried and cleaned them and tried again, certain it would work this time, but despite applying multiple layers to hold all the edges down, it fell off before I could even put my socks on. This tape doesn't stick at all and is not stretchy either.Having read countless reviews claiming it was "too sticky" and "painful to remove" I was certain it would hold, but I feel as though they must have been sent a different product as my Leukotape branded tape didn't even last 5 minutes.I know that this tape is designed for strapping and not blister prevention, but I can't imagine that it would stick any better on other parts of the body, especially on top of hair.I was disappointed not to be able to return this product and get a refund since it doesn't hold to it's purpose, but BSN Medical failed me on that front too. I now have a completely useless roll of tape, and have wasted £15 - I really did think that with a price that high, plus being an "Amazon's Choice" product, the tape must work. In fact I decided not to risk it by going for a cheaper brand, as I really wanted this to work, but I'm now thinking I would have had more luck with that.Please don't make the mistake I did and waste your money on this tape, it will let you down.
