So, I can attest to the fact that this stuff helps you to sleep.I haven't taken it long enough to tell if it makes any difference in bone strength. So far so good.The ingredient list says nothing about any oil in the bottle, but when you spray it on your skin and then rub it in with your hands, it does have a slightly oily feel, not unpleasant. It has no odor.So, I will buy this again when the bottle runs out. The wife and I both use it and the sleep benefit is a pleasant surprise. The rest is gravy if it does anything else besides this.

I use this every single night in the soles of my feet. It helps with relaxation and achieving a deeper level of sleep. I cam tell if I skip a night, my legs are more restless. The spray is a fine mist, slightly oily but doesn't mess up sheets or bedding. If you do the research on magnesium oil, this is a really great product to use

The product itself is very moisturizing and the scent is nice but it literally drips all over the place when you spray it on your skin. If you use it before bed, it's definitely going to transfer from your skin to your sheets leaving them all greasy.

The spray is a little messy as it is runny. I used probably more than I needed, but it worked !! The price is very reasonable for the amount that you get!

I have started a new nighttime routine, at night I spray this on my feet bottom and put my socks back on, I sleep so much better, great product.
