Works well, good size, pleasant smell, good value

Love thatnit comes with a washable cover. 1 minute cook. Flip and another Minute. Stays warm for about 30 minutes. Great for my lower back or just keeping warm under a blanket.

This heating pad does heat up but it loses heat quickly...Ij'm not sure if that is due to my not heating it up long enough or just the make-up of the product. There are instructions that state absolute maximum heating time is 50 seconds with additional 10 second intervals or there may be a risk of burning or holes. I dare not go beyond those maximum standard heating times so I just don't use the heating pad. I gave a 3-Star because the material is nice, and it does have a lovely lavender scent. I would not purchase this again and I do not recommend this particular heating pad for reasons stated above.

I have a few heat packs and this is the only one I have that comes out of the microwave wet every single time. It’s a bit inconvenient and gross. I avoid using it now unless I need it.
