More effective low GI
It is very good product and I am being used every month. This is third time I purchased. I have made mouth publicity to my colleagues & friends and they responded +vely and 6 persons ordered. I showed practically sugar levels before lunch and after intake of befach rice.

Very useful for our health.
The media could not be loaded. Nothing to worry because as everyone know health is wealth this works perfectly. Too much cost but the rice is best quality.Taste is same as regular but the GI index % is very low.In regular usage we feel very light when consumed.Benifits are many for all ages.Releases energy slowly we don't fell hungry soon.Diabetic is really controlled by regular using. Very thin rice works a lot.I am using since one year.I feel healthy & light all the day.4 star is for the price.I opened the bag today,lots of differences between previously purchased quality and this quality.In one bag old & another bag is new rice.While cooking also rice becomes watery with new rice .I am experiencing the problem. Please maintain the quality.

Synthetic rice (PLASTIC RICE) is mixed
Didn’t expect this from Befach. Using this product from many years but nowadays plastic rice are being mixed which are very dangerous and harmful to health. Very disappointing. Now this product is highly not recommended.

Rice quality is very good
Befach Rice quality is very good. There is no difference in taste with any other good quality rice, but Befach rice makes the difference in controlling the sugar level. Befach rice is must for daily rice eaters, who has high blood sugar or suffering from diabetes.
