What a revolutionary invention! These AYO light therapy glasses have completely changed my life. As anybody who has ever attempted to get a good sleep will understand, I have been struggling with energy levels as well as sleep patterns over past years.The design of the glasses is smooth and comfortable so it fits easily into my daily routine. The integration with the app is impressive: it’s very user friendly and lets me tailor the light schedule according to my requirements. This has significantly boosted my daytime energy levels as well as regulation of night-time sleep; hence helping me achieve a more relaxing and rejuvenating night’s rest.One great thing about these glasses is their portability; thus, I can use them anywhere at home, in the office or even when travelling. It has an impressive rechargeable battery life that allows multiple sessions before needing to charge again.The customer support from the AYO team is second to none. I had a few questions for them and they were quick, elaborative and kind.What a fantastic investment for my health these glasses have been!

My energy levels deplete in the winter, so when my friend recommended these glasses I decided to give them a try.They are very light, comfortable and perfect to use - even on the go!They certainly help to brighten dull, cloudy mornings by improving my mood - but also my productivity and sleep.The app is very informative and helpful; I stick to the recommended time frame to wear the glasses.I got used to them and I will definitely keep wearing them throughout the long winter.I can't recommend them enough :)

I read about the glasses and heard a radio interview. I contacted AYO with questions before I bought them . AYO were prompt and helpful in their replies - I actually felt they cared about the product and their customers ,as well as being honest . I have had my glasses for about a week and am very pleased. The actual product is well designed and carefully made ( obviously plastic, but seems to be very good quality) .They are easy to use and already I feel a significant benefit. As a post menopausal woman whose sleep pattern has significantly deteriorated I feel they will be a great help. I'm also using them to enhance my fitness training. I am really looking forward to seeing what happens next and I think the glasses will be a useful and flexible tool for life ! (maybe I'll write another review in a while as it's interesting to hear how everyone gets on) One note -If you want to use the red light facility ( which may be good for your retina) as well as the blue light you need to have the app as well. I have the app and find it clear , interesting and a good addition (though it is not necessary to have the app to use the glasses for blue light.) I think AYO have plans to develop the app in the future - should be interesting

The product seems to be effective for skin health and seems to improve my mood and energy using it 40 minutes a day but this could also be placebo.The lights do get very bright so it seems to be a decent value for money. It is very easy to connect to the app and use.

Following the recommendation of a friend of mine I opted for these glasses; I had no expectations but I was very curious about the blue light therapy and its potential benefits.It's now been two months and I can recognise the benefits in terms of improved sleep, productivity and mood as well; I usually wear them in the morning since I realised they have a very good impact especially on my mood and productivity for the rest of the day.The frame is very light and it's easy to adjust; each session lasts around 20 minutes (after that the blue light will turn automatically off).I'm very curious to try them during the winter season since here in UK the hours of light are very limited; but as mentioned the benefits are already clear, so I'll definitely keep using them throughout the entire year.I highly recommend this product, it's definitely a game changer!!!

Produce has little flex on the hinges. Very easy to break when putting them on. Hinge gaps constantly pinch hairs when putting them on. The Lighting functinality is great.

So much better then my little SAD lamp. This is so practical I can carry on with tasks at the same time. I'm surprised how light and comfortable they are . Even more comfortable then my normal reading glasses. I was worried that they might make my head sore or strain my eyes but they do not at all. The app is really helpful aswel. They are a game changer.

What a game changer! Have been using a blue lamp for years which is good, apart.from having to sit with it near your eyes for hours. I can now go about my morning without being stuck in a chair. The Ayo also seems to be more effective for SAD symptoms, possibly because of the proximity to the eyes and angle of the light into your eyes.Customer service from the manufacturer is also outstanding when I had a problem.
