Delicious - both buttery and tart, as it should be! Tastes homemade.

No longer available in supermarkets in this area
Used to buy this lovely Tiptree lemon curd from my local supermarket but it's no long available so was pleased to find it on Amazon. By ordering six jars I got them at a good price with good service and long use by dates. Very happy.

Deliciously lemony
For me, this has the perfect balance of lemon and sugar. I like it with some plain homemade yoghurt (no sugar in the yoghurt). Swirl it in for a tasty and not too naughty treat. I also make banana pancakes and dollop some of this on top instead of maple syrup or any of the other things people use. And sometimes I just spread it on toast (no butter or spread) as a tangy treat. The texture is nice and firm, rather like a good jam. Love it!

Delicious 😋 secret ingredient to make your cakes 🍰 zing
I bought the lemon curd to make a vegan lemon cake. In the meantime I made some strawberry jam and decided to combine some strawberry jam with the lemon curd to make a zingy delicious cake filling. It worked a dream! The whole family wanted a slice so I had to make a second cake the very next day!

Quality lemon curd
Many uses here are a few for this lemon curd ...great taste.. having it on toast in the mornings adding it to plain yogurt yummy, also great in sponges used to sandwich two sponges together (Victoria Sponge) to name but a few a bit pricey but you have got quality

Beware!
Beware if buying this item. One of the jars was smashed on arrival and the rest of the jars were covered in lemon curd and slivers if glass. Dreadful mess and told I couldn’t return the item. Might as well have put my money in the dustbin!

Für uns das/der Lemon Curd, lecker, cremig, zitronig und im Muffin einfach nicht zu schlagen. Etwas auf der teuren Seite aber lecker und das ist die Hauptsache. Dann halt etwas seltener aber von der richtigen Qualität.
