First off, my review won't say verified purchase because my mom bought these on her account, but I'm the one leaving a review because I did all the set up and maintenance. We got these batteries and inverter at the tail end of 2023 and it's now been about six months of regular use at our off grid home, and I have to say, these batteries are wonderful! The set up is intuitive and very easy to accomplish, and the only issues I ran into were with the inverter. I needed the inverter to accept split phase power of 110VAC from two legs, for a total of 220VAC input, and then a 220VAC split output so I could power the house at 110VAC and ALSO a well pump that runs on 220VAC. I worked for several weeks with a customer support representative named Wudi who was VERY helpful at assessing the problem and we determined that the inverter would not work for our needs, but the batteries would. I got a new inverter from another company and these batteries have been stellar. We got the stack of four battery packs with 600Ah capacity to replace a much older pack of batteries purchased by the previous home owner and it easily tripled our capacity, judging by the time it takes to drain the batteries. (I never got a good bearing on the capacity of the old packs, they were janky and not great.) We used to lose power overnight on a regular basis, but these days we can go for several days in a row without issue, as long as the sun is shining to keep them charged. I am very happy with these and will likely buy another pack or two just to have higher capacity in the fall and winter months when we get less sunlight.
