ASICS Women's Gel-Kahana 8 Running Shoes

I have purchased three pair of the Gel Kahana running shoes prior to this pair. These run a bit short compared to the previous size 8 I bought, but they still fit. If you fit into an 8 normally, I would go a half size up.

Third time I purchased this shoe (just in a different color each time). Works for everything - running on any terrain: pavement, trail, rocks, mud, beach, hiking... It does wear down after a couple months (loses grip), but that could be me because I log so many miles. I love the shoe and the value, and it comes in cute color. Fits a regular foot size (at least mine), neither wide nor narrow.

I love Asics! Only shoes that don't hurt my feet.

I love these Asics sneakers, I ordered two pairs of them, one is the reviewed product and the other ones are in pink and white! The color combination is very cute on both pairs!! As far as comfort is concerned I have heel spur and these shoes have helped me a lot! I walk and run with them. The gel around the heel makes them very comfortable! Also they are on the narrow side so if you have wide feet maybe you should look for a different kind! Also I am usually a size 8 but with these shoes I have to go a half size up ( 8.5) !

I love ASICS for work. They are durable, comfortable, and AFFORDABLE! I love that this brand offers affordable alternatives for its consumers. I am a nurse who is on their feet all day and this shoe comes through during my very busy day. Being that they are affordable I am able to purchase 2-3 per year and I will continue to do so...

Bought these for my wife, it fitted perfectly, I took the same size she has for New Balance. As always with Asics the fit is perfect, it feels very comfortable, it is very stylish, she loves them and you can feel it’s high quality.

Love these. Have been looking for some shoes that don't make my tendons or knees hurt. I tend to overpronate.I have tried on many brands and styles.After I went to the Asics website and answered the few questions to determine the best ones for me.Narrowed it down to these and the Kayanos. The Kayanos were ok, but not as perfect as these.These felt great as soon as they were on. After a few weeks of wear, I determined that the insole was a bit narrow in the heel for my feet.There was a little pain on the inner side of my right heel. It occurred not as much during the wearing of the shoes, but for the rest of the day after wearing them.So today, I got out my old favorite shoes (New Balance Vazee) and took out that insole. The side by side of the two insoles showed me the old ones had a slightly wider and not as sturdy heel area. Popped the old insoles into the new Asics and there was much happiness and no more pain. I might eventually get some new insoles and see how that works. The might even be better.The fit of the shoes is great. The size is exactly what i expected. The colors of the green and orange are very bright. The tread in incredible. I got them for walking the dog as we tend to walk most offroading and thru grass/dirt. There was a bit of slippage on the first day of wearing when we walked off of damp grass to cement, but that didn't happen again. The tread does not pick up rocks and such like other shoes can. The shoe itself seems very well constructed. I imagine that I will wear down the tread from use on sidewalks before the rest of the shoe gets worn out.Walking through damp grass your toes and socks will get wet eventually. Not immediately, like some shoes I have that are more mesh in the front, but pretty soon. These don't look used as fast as others either. I guess with the color/fabric you can walk through dirt, just cut damp grass and dirt and (after they dry and get a brush off) they still look pretty new.

I know this brand runs narrow and always buy a full size up, which has worked for me in the past. This model, however, even a full size larger than normal is so narrow that it chafes at the heels to the point of rubbing the skin off. Boo.

Love them. Well made, great grip. Have been running in them for a few weeks now and love love love them!

I love that shoes. I have bunions and I was able to walk with pain.Unfortunately, I can't find my size any more.

Ordered 6.5 but it was a tight fit. Exchanged them for a pair of 7. Really great service from Adrien at Wooki. Got new pair in no time!
