Thought I’d try this fan in the garage ceiling since I didn’t want to cut a hole in the side of the house. louvres open up just fine with the fan horizontal. I just built a box for the fan to fit in and placed in the attic between the joists. Picked up a 14”x14” vent cover at Home Depot for $17 & mounted it on a furring strip frame. Love the thermostat & 3-speed pull chain switch. Besides keeping the garage cooler, it pushes the hot attic heat out the roof vents… kill two birds with one stone!

Used to vent out the heat in the sun room,It quickly draws out the heat and it works perfectly.

I recieved the fan earlier and got it installed. The instructions are fairly simple and it don't take a rocket scientist to install. I cut a square out of the back of my tool shop (12 & 3/8" square), used 8 screws and got it put in & working within 10minutes.First time I have bought this particular brand and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and would certainly do business with again.

We installed this into our 8 x 6 greenhouse that is constructed with polycarbonate. It has worked perfectly to keep the temperature where we want it and it appears to be well constructed. It cycles on and off according to where you set the temperature dial. You will need an operable window of some kind directly opposite it for a good air flow. I highly recommend this product.

This is a good fan. I installed in my Pool House 2 yrs ago and worked great till yesterday when the motor just quit. Oh well, ordered another one cause its easy to replace and works great for at least 2 yrs. Is a little noisy but not a problem cause its in a pool pump room and everything is noisy in there.
