ILNP Fairy Dust - Magical Violet Holographic Jelly Nail Polish

I got the fluorescent orange "tubocharged" after getting a dip mani I really liked. It is pretty close to the color of a construction zone cone. So VERY vivid.I usually only use the quickdry/fastdry Sally Hansen colors as iIam terrible at waiting for my nails to dry. I did this in thin layers (tho even thin ones are mostly opaque) with no base and my first finger was dry to the touch before I was done applying my second! No tackiness or mushy-ness from nails or fingers.Ultimately I did 2 layers and it looks pretty opaque. It does seem to be somewhat satin finish, so I added a layer of the fastdry Sally Hansen clear for a shiny topcoat cuz I like my nails to shine. But the satin finish was very pretty too.I am also incredibly hard on my nails (can chip dip and gel in minutes of getting it applied). I do home repairs, gardening, engine work, bathing kids and pets, you name it. I am midway thru day 2 with this and no cracks, chips, or peeling yet! I will come back and add more when I've seen how this can withstand my day to day! Crossing my painted fingers that it withstands abuse cuz I LOVE the color and ease of application!Update:I spent the weekend power washing my house, cleaning rain gutters, weeding, doing dishes, and doing all the housework/childcare. This means I also took quite a few extra scrubby showers! Attaching updated picture of nails! I didn't prep my cuticles in the first one, so A lot of the lost color near the base in the update is just new growth, but you can see that there is some chipping. When I noticed the chipping, I picked all the lifted color off to see what I was still working which, which is still pretty impressive. Honestly, knowing that dry time is pretty non-existent, I'm not even mad that I might have to redo 2-3 nails after a heavy work weekend. Still highly recommend!Last update:Posting full week later pics! Has withstood multiple sessions of lap swimming along with previously highlighted chores. I also picked the lifted edges before this last set of photos to be sure the fully diminished look was provided. Still recommend!

I'll keep this concise. I'm writing this review after two significant purchases and 6 months of use. I hate not knowing if I'm reading a legit review or not - I am.- I've attached photos :-) (On my nails are Stopping Traffic (red) & Avalanche (silver) & Wallflower (periwinkle))- This is the real deal. The pigment is amazing which means fewer coats.- It lasts PROVIDED you've applied it properly. I originally made the mistake of allowing lengthy dry times between all coats and I found some colors remained tacky, the products are obviously designed to layer & dry together quickly.- I work a physical job and provided proper maintenance, I get long wear.- I suggest pairing ILNP with their base (Lockup Ultra Bonding) and top coat (Glass Candy Ultra Top Coat). These are quite different to anything else I've used and I'm glad got them. I will definitely buy the again!Maintenance:- Please use a single layer of base and top coat. MAKE SURE to coat the tips. REGULARLY add another top coat every few days including that tip area. That's it!These come beautifully packaged in a sturdy black box that I use to store them in. I've included pictures of the boxes my nails and the base top coat.

This nail polish is awesome. I am finally changing colors after 2.5 weeks of wear. I have working hands so I am not easy on them at all. I did use base coat and clear coat that are this ILNP brand. I lightly scuff my natural nail before applying. It works better than some gel I have had before this nail polish is better than OPI. I have cleaned house and gone about my normal two weeks of working and it’s still stayed on well considering it’s just nail polish. I have attached pictures with how they held up with the wear time and you can see the grow out. I highly recommend this polish.

The media could not be loaded. First off let me start by saying I have been using ILNP products off and on the last year and I love the shades and depth you get from their polishes. I left a review this time because it's the first time I've ordered directly from them and not borrowed it from my cousin.Notes:-Smell...I've used all kinds of products Essie, OPI, China Glaze, Holo Taco and the list goes on. Nail polish is going to smell like polish regardless. But ILNP does have a scent that is not overwhelming and dissipates fairly quick. After a quick taco aka Topcoat (iykyk) it's odorless.-No UV!...if it wasn't clear from the description of polish. There is no UV light or curing needed for this. Just some good old fashioned patience, which I can appreciate because I am not one for the damage UV does overtime to our digits.-Removal... I usually have no issue removing their polishes and I use polish remover with low acetone in it.-Don't overthink it...it's my first time using magnetic polish and it took me a little bit to figure out what consistency to make the first and second strokes of polish to get the desired effect from the magnet.-I messed up and it still looks good!...following up on my above note, I had a little struggle and thought it was ruined with some parts coming out darker than others but the finished effect is this brilliant and beautiful velvet effect.-Lighting...in the video I used my flash and in all pictures; The first is with the flash and the second without. In my opinion I love the effects you get regardless of the lighting.-Longevity...depends on you as a person and application. I usually get 2 weeks or more out of mine with minimal wear and the occasional touch up around the tips. This is with doing housework, scrubbing etc. Use gloves when cleaning and moisturize and you should get atleast a solid 2 weeks.Overall if you give it a chance I'm sure it'll get easier overtime to do. (I'll try to update withthe other color in the box). I've been doing my nails myself for 10+ years and still have an adjustment period to new effect polishes. ILNP is worth the money and regardless of what Amazon projects for delivery time you will likely get it sooner. Phenomenal quality overall and will def be starting a collection of their polishes! 💅🏽🫶🏽LAST NOTE: Amazon asks for sheerness and I put 3 stars, depending on how you load your brush woth polish will determine the sheerness you get from one coat and so on. I wouldn't particularly consider this shade sheer due the pigment and way I load my brush.
