These are very comfortable and have no leakage when it came to my postpartum experience with them. The designs on them are cute and they feel pretty light compared to other brands. They are a quality make and a good fit. I will be getting these for my next postpartum journey because not only are they cute they work well at locking everything in including any smells and they are a good deal for the quality.

TW- bloodI was having a brutal, irregular, PCOS period. I was dumping my menstrual cup every 30 mins, I couldn’t stop leaking everywhere, it was a huge mess. In desperation I tried the diapers and it was life changing. I could sleep without fear that I would stain my sheets. I could go out in public and not worry about sitting down and finding my pants and the chair stained when I got up. Plus no frustration of having to insert and remove the cup. They are comfortable and the back is not bulky so you can’t really tell in clothes. They are expensive but the peace of mind is worth it. Girl if you have very heavy periods this is for you.

The fit is good for after postpartum and doesn’t dig in, it does have a perfume smell which wasn’t the worst and kinda a light scent BUT I could see how that might irritate some peoples skin. Overall I would buy again because of the comfort and convenience they bring!

These definitely don't make you look like the pic like normal underwear. But if you have bigger thighs they just don't fit right. On me anyways. I usually wear size 18 but I bought the XL because I figured the thigh part wouldn't be big enough on the Large. The XL for me isn't much better. Otherwise the scent is not bad. Basically they are the underwear they give you in a hospital but with a cute pattern on them.

These were a godsend after my C-section as the high waist was the only thing that didn’t sit on my incision and make it hurt

I tried different types of these panty.This is not like a full panty that covers your entire tush.Too much of the cheeks were left out.Didn't feel comfortable enough to provide the coverage I was needing especially since I would be traveling and needed for long periods of time.Found the always night brand better and their others better.And unfortunately not all of these which I don't understand why qualify for the health savings plan. But they should.

Loved these postpartum! Used these both times after I had my kids and they were a life saver. You don’t have to worry about pads and all that. This is the one stop shop. They are comfortable and they absorb a lot. I happen to think they are cute for an adult diaper. Definitely recommend for postpartum.
