Runs great. Fantastic warranty. Comes with all you need just can’t fit in place of a tiny PS. It’s full size. Great price especially with a Longer than average warranty. If you have a newer case ( not like smaller Dell or such it takes almost no time to install. Even comes with the new 12pin connector for the latest and greatest GPU. As far as heat, far less of a problem than cheaper power supply’s. I run Server with 7 drives and dual Xeon processors.Heat has not been a problem for me. Runs warm but considering it’s 1200watts, it’s average on the cooler side.

Fantastic value for your money. Love the fully modular cables, makes cable management a breeze. Working like a charm with my 5070TI. Not to mention that 10 year warranty. If you got the money, there’s no reason not to get this power supply.

IDK what I was doing before I owned a Seasonic Vertex PX-1000-1000W - 80+ Platinum - ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Ready - Fully-Modular - ATX Form Factor.Probably using less hyphens.All jokes aside, this PSU is great and was easy to install and came with most if not all of the necessary cables, with a 12 year warranty you can't go wrong! Especially when you can get it on sale for under $250! A great, future-proof PSU for the PC Enthusiast who is in search of upgrades!

A mas de tres meses de la compra y funcionando perfectamente. Me lleve un susto la primera vez que la instale por culpa de un estabilizador defectuoso que causó un pico de corriento e hizo que el ventilador hiciera un ruido espantoso.

I was looking for a PSU that came with at least 5 pcie cables WITHOUT pigtails. I read several reviews and watched a few unboxing videos only to become more confused because some of the videos/reviews showed ribbon style cables with pigtails and some showed the style of cable in the pictures from Seasonic. I am happy to report that the 1000w Vertex comes with the nicer cables. All cables are separate and wire comb ready but most importantly without pigtails that just hang there and look terrible.

I've heard these can be noisy if you get a bad one. Hasn't been my experience. Well packed, good options, though I really wish the 12v High Power (also properly known as 12v High Failure) cable was only 12vHpr on the video card end and used the standard multiple 8-pin on the other. Or? Something proprietary yet more robust so we're only running a risk at one end of the cable, and it is a risk to be sure. But I run AMD because of Linux, so... whatever. If I were to use something nVidia and demanding... probably get a CableMod cable and a portable thermal temp reader.

After just 4 months of use, this PSU completely failed. Very disappointed, especially since Seasonic is supposed to be a top-tier brand. Don’t be blindly loyal to “big name” brands—this experience proves even so-called premium products can let you down. Will look for alternatives next time.

Seasonic is ALWAYS my go-to power supply for custom builds. They offer the best warranty in the industry and are competitively priced compared to other brands that don’t provide nearly as good of a warranty.I have Seasonic PSUs that have been running multiple GPU crypto miners for over 10 years, 24/7/365, and they’ve never given me a single issue. That level of reliability and durability is unmatched.If you want a rock-solid power supply that will last for years, Seasonic is the way to go. I won’t use anything else!
