These gummies were a complete waste of money. The only thing good about them is the taste. After a while even that gets overrated.It doesn't help with appetite suppression nor weight loss whatsoever. I wish I could get my money back.

I try to be skeptical with bad reviews. However, I should had heeded the warnings. It is definitely a waste of money. It is definitely is useless. I went through an entire bottle using the suggested daily dose. Nothing happened. It also mentions on the bottle to take however many you want a day…that should had been my sign also.

They do taste great. However, they contain so much sugar they actually stimulate my appetite. They also leave my tongue bright red. If you want to try apple cider vinegar as for weight loss get the capsule supplements . Wish I’d done that instead of wasting my money on these.

Just like most weight management products, this one makes no difference. I don’t feel any different and just slapping on a Keto name is enough to reel people in (including me). Diet and exercise not miracles will work.

I've taken these for 2 and a half months and they do nothing, absolutely nothing. Please don't buy them thinking that they will help you lose weight because I have only gained while still not eating more than I ever have before. I only eat 2 meals a day.

Completely disappointed with this stuff to help with loosing weight. Took the recommended dosage for a week with absolutely no change, then upped the recommended dosage for another week that resulted in actual weight gain. Complete waste of money… DO NOT spend a penny on this garbage!

Not sure why I even thought this was a good idea, I couldn’t find ingredients or nutritional facts anywhere but purchased anyways. I will be returning without trying them… the first two ingredients are cane sugar and corn syrup. ReturnIng

It is a total waste of money. I work out daily, and I purchased it to give me a boost in my weight loss. I gained 5 pounds instead. It is all false advertisement.
