A little hard and crumbly when you take it out of its packaging, but a short blast in the microwave leaves it pliable and easy to use. Dries nice with no crumbling, cracking or fading

A few days ago I bought this small packet of silver fondant which is greatly needed to help me create a figurative topping to place on my relatives birthday cake.This colour was perfect and although hefty with a price tag of £3.80 I ordered it. It arrived within the suggested time and the silver colour is perfect. However, even though I have not opened the packaging unlike the other fondant colour icings which is squidgy in its unopened packets…. This silver Culpitt modelling paste is completely dried out and rock hard. Therefore totally useless and unusable. A complete waste of money. There’s clearly no quality control in place before sending out defective items.Prior to writing this review I spent 20 minutes trying to return my unopened defective item… Every time I tried I met a brick wall as I was told online that it’s non refundable.So be warned don’t waste your money on this item.

Great product. It's quite tough so lots of kneading but the overall thing is it works great, tastes nice.

I was so nearly put off by all the negative reviews but it was the only rose gold i could find so decided to risk it. I'm so glad i did. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it! Yes it's hard but i put it in the microwave for 10sec & it was just like fondant. No crumbling at all, rolled out lovely! The only downside i have is that for 100g it is quite expensive when you think 250g of "normal" fondant in Tesco is a little over a quid.

The Icing was horrendous, it didn't work at all. It was as hard as nails and physically wouldn't soften. When I tried applying some heat to soften it, the icing just crumbled and started to separate. Wanted to demand a refund as it was so poor! Landed up putting it straight in the bin...

The icing was exactly the colour I wanted. It was however very hard and I found it very difficult to work with. I had to add some white icing to it so I could get it soft enough to use. It was so hard I ended up with a blister on my finger. Once I had managed to get it soft enough to shape and to roll out it was fine. I managed to make roses , hearts and letters with it. They looked great when they were done

Excellent modelling paste. Trimmed my cake very well.

I have used this type of paste before another make, this one was really hard to work with it was crumbly and took a long time to soften and it really didn’t get soft enough to work with successfully I gave up and had to buy my normal make!

La pasta e dura impossiblile lavorarla mi dispiace tanto perche dovevo fare una sorpresa a una amica il prezzo troppo alto sono completamente insodisfatta non la consiglio

Tout petit sachet. De plus la pate est très dure, donc difficile à travailler...Quand on insiste elle s'effrite...Très mauvaise qualité du produit, je déconseille!

Je ne recommande pas du tout! Au prix que le pain m’a coûté je suis extrêmement déçue! La pâte à sucre est arrivée toute tranchée, enrobée de gras et du coup impossible à rattraper au malaxage car toute sèche! Même après 30 minutes! De plus elle n’est pas du tout dorée mais plutôt ocre...

È durissima e anche se la si scalda bene per modellarla, durante la lavorazione si spezza e torna subito rigida. Non sono soddisfatta.

Cher pour la quantité. Morceau très dur et ridicule.
