Excellent cold brew coffee
Makes outstanding cold coffee, noticeably smoother and much more nuanced than my Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee pot. The design is even more striking 'in person', sitting on my kitchen counter. I was initially looking at the Yama Cold Brew Drip Tower, but they don't fit under the cabinets over my counter tops - while this easily does.As a former engineer, I highly agree with the other comment about the innovative design for the drip mechanism, which controls the amount of water depth (therefore water pressure) presented to the drip valve - for a more consistent drip rate. This is another plus over the Yama.My only concern is trying to find replacement felt filters, which sit on top of the coffee grounds to evenly distribute the dripping water into the coffee. The paper filters (yes, it uses 2 types of filters) are easy to replace, since the Aeropress coffee filters are an almost perfect fit. I've tried the Toddy Cold Brew filter (also felt), but it's too thick and the diameter is bigger (even after cutting it smaller, the thickness seemed to cause issues with the water seeping properly into the coffee). I'd really appreciate it if replacement felt filters could be made available.

Best Consumer Cold Drip coffee device you can buy currently without using ice cubes!
I have a Bruer cold drip device but it require to put ice in the container but the ice from my freeze has this freezer smell which I hate and I don't want to use it to brew coffee, therefore, without ice, the drip rate is very inconsistent.DKINZ has constant drip rate throughout the entire brew with their "two tank" system. The finished product is much smoother and better aroma IMO.I gave away my Bruer cold drip once I started using DKINZ.One thing to note, when you turn the tank over, water goes into the lower tank for a constant drip, and that requires a "open system" for the lower tank for equal atmospheric pressure. With this kind of engineering, you do not want to flip the tank over again once there is water in the lower tank or water will spill all over the place due to the "open" system design.

Best Tasting Coffee Ever.
I have been using the OXO cold brew for a while and really like the quality and simplify of the process. While the Brewki isn't as simple the layers of flavor of the coffee are so much better. I brewed the same coffee both ways and was shocked how much more flavor it had. In the end for 5oz cold brew in the OXO it took 4 ounces of concentrate plus 1 ounce of water. With the drip system 2 oz concentrate 3 ounces of water.

This unit produces very good, clear and well balanced cold brew
I have a Yama 25 cup Tower, Hario Shizuku and Brewki-DKINZ for cold brews. I also use immersion technique with ball jars, but they are no comparision to the drip brew. This unit produces very good, clear and well balanced cold brew, although not as concentrated as Yama. It is better than most drip cold brewers, although not the most aesthetically pleasing. Recommended.

A lot more flavor than hot dripped coffee
Very innovative design the way the water level above the metering valve is self-regulated, they should all be doing this. Very simple idea, but key to it is gravity dripping it at a constant rate through the whole pot. It makes a very nice cup of coffee, a lot more flavor than hot dripped coffee. All it takes is setting it up the night before, and coffee is ready to heat up in the morning. Stores well in the fridge for other times too. I like how compact and aesthetic it is.
