I had knee replacement and somebody recommends castor oil packs for pain and inflammation .. I was concerned about how I would reheat the gel pack I was using with it while not dripping a trail of oil to the microwave .. these packs button securely and hold the oil on the knee .. no dripping unless you OD on the castor oil .. highly recommend

It did what they said. Put castor oil on it and used for kidney stones and foot pain

I think it works amazingly well. I have used it everyday so far and pain and swelling has reduced greatly. Would recommend it to everyone. I did have to reorder it as Amazon lost the orginal order. I'm still waiting for them to return my money.
