I got myself the Black B5 journal for Christmas and it’s the most perfect journal I’ve seen. I’m very picky about my journals and this one checks all the boxes. It’s the perfect size. The cover is sturdy and the elastic band is a nice touch. The paper is a beautiful color and is so smooth along with the leather cover. I use a Pilot G-2 pen and it doesn’t bleed through. It lays completely flat. I think the money is definitely worth it considering how long this should last you - it has 312 pages. The quality is on point, everything is on point. Great Christmas gift for stationery nerds!

Bought to replace my well-battered notebook. I like the way it folds open well, there is space in the back to note important items used frequently, the paper is smooth and ink writes well on it. The color stands out so I can easily find it among clutter of my bench.

These are amazing notebooks. I bought two and certainly will buy more when needed. They are so much thicker than I imagined, very sturdy, beautiful and fantastically functional. The pen holder, interior folder, table of contents and included stickies are all big perks. I am starting grad school after years out of school and knew I wanted a notebook I could take with with long after school and refer back to even years later, not the flimsy spiral books I used in undergrad. This was perfect. I never expected to be writing a review for a notebook but here I am, just buy one for yourself and you’ll see.

Regardless of the price, the quality of this notebook exceeded my expectations. It has everything I wanted: table of contents, over 300 pages, a pocket, and more. The size isn’t too small or large and fits in my purse. Plus, the color is a very pretty soft pink.

This is my third one of these journals. They come in nice colors, include flags for marking special entries, and has a great table of contents.

Pros: Love the thickness of the pages! The cover is soft to the touch. There is a place to make an index, a place to write who it belongs to as well as offer a reward, and a few pages in the back to test different pens. The sticky tabs included are nice and the back storage pocket seems sturdy, the fabric is glued in between two sheets of paper. I love that it has a place for a pen/pencil. There are two different colored place holding ribbons which are nice and a good length. Con’s: I was disappointed with the color being more of a mustard yellow instead of the yellow color that seemed in picture. Be careful when turning the pages the first few bend up unless you are turning the page from the outer side of the page.

I am extremely picky about what I write on. Good paper quality, many pages which is unusual. I am using a Pilot G2 pen with a 1.0 thickness and it handles that with no problem, no bleed through. With a Pentel Energel 1.0 which actually produces a thicker line, there was some limited bleed through. a Little show through but easily covered with writing. not distracting at all!

I cannot believe I even found such a beautiful journal that meets all my expectations. I love to journal maybe even too much and I tend to buy a lot of notebooks since I am super picky and particular about the notebooks probably from slight OCD. Finding this journal was like hitting the jackpot, Its durable has lots of pages, can lay flat, has a closure elastic, has numbers on each page, has a pen holder, has a pocket in the back, has a "this book belongs to" page, has a contents page, a tester page for pens, and on top of all that it even came with tabs to divide sections of the book. I literally post an image of this journal to my Instagram every week like its a trophy. I don't even think I'll ever even think to buy from another store or website again, this book is everything I need, I even consider it the ''perfect'' journal. If you are on the fence, consider this review your sign to buy it, YOU WON'T REGRET IT. .Ps. If they stop selling this journal I will go into a week of mourning, it's that good.

I've been using this notebook for a few days now and am very happy with it overall. Things I'm happy with: - pages genuinely lay flat wherever you open the pad - no ink bleed-through from my fountain pen - quality feel paper (for the price) - nice feeling cover - useful content pages - and writing pages are numbered - colourful place markers - though I haven't used these yet, so can't comment on adhesion etc - fair-sized back pocket for loose papers - attachments ( pen holder, envelope, ribbon page markers and elastic band to close) all still firmly attached Any downsides? I have noticed that if I add too much into the back pocket, it makes the notebook's cover bow a bit, so I've stopped doing that!
