Perfect machine for the homeowner to tackle pretty much any job
I purchased this pressure washer to make washing my SUV more efficient. I got a little tired of the two bucket method for a large vehicle. Having a pressure washer just seemed quicker and more effective. It didn't take me long to realize that this machine would have many more uses around the house.I set the pressure washer up in less than 5 minutes. There's really nothing to it. Unpack it and slide a few plastic holsters in and snap the wheels in place. Couldn't be easier. I would recommend reading the manual if you're new to pressure washers, so you'll have an understanding of how to operate it without damaging the machine and also maintaining your own safety. Before I even washed my car I blasted mildew off my stained deck, cleaned some flower pots and lawn furniture. I used the turbo nozzle and it did an amazing job without even supplementing the water with cleaning fluid.Make sure you understand which nozzle you should be using for each job, so you don't damage paint or material on your car, deck, siding, etc.I used the pressure washer in conjunction with a foam cannon, 40° nozzle and microfiber mitt (bought separately) to clean my SUV. Absolutely no complaints. Much more convenient and effective, as I hoped and expected.Living in the northeast, the seasons definitely do a number on the house, furniture, yard and everything else exposed to elements. This machine will certainly be an important part of the rotation in maintaining their cleanliness and longevity.

Easy to Set Up. Function is great. Portable.
Was pretty easy to put together and start using it right away. I did not experience any leakage with my unit. The only problem I had was pretty quickly solved with customer service through a couple of emails. My unit, as some other buyers in the reviews have mentioned, arrived with a somewhat warped lid for the built-in soap dispenser tank. They sent me out a new one after just confirming the defective part via a picture I sent over.Other than that it worked pretty flawlessly for me. Great power compared to my last one and no water spraying out the connections. Actually runs pretty quiet after using my previous pressure washer for so long. There is a nozzle included for almost every use I would need, and that’s why I also ordered the foam cannon and short wand for when I will eventually use it for my at-home car washes.I can’t speak to the longevity / durability of the product yet but it seems like it will last awhile as long as you take regular precautions and don’t break off any of the pieces yourself.Love that it has the wheels to move around and a few different hooks and hangers for all your hoses and power cords + the wand to neatly pack everything away when not in use. Size is pretty compact too.Overall I am very happy with my purchase and as always I will come back and update my review if my thoughts on the product change over time.

ePX3500 Pressure Washer - Excellent Product
The ePX3500 exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that an inexpensive electric pressure washer might be more of a toy than a real performer, and therefore a waste of money. I had thought that l'd need to spend $300 or more on a gas unit and I didn't want to do that. But I saw glowing reviews for this unit in CNN Underscored, and then noted all the great Amazon reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The unit is well designed and easy to use. Assembly was easy. I was delighted at how rapidly the turbo nozzle blasted through the years-old grime and stains on my concrete patio. Setup and use is very easy and intuitive. The easy portability is a real plus. I am very happy with this device. If you buy this, one thing I'd like to point out: An extra part not mentioned in the assembly instructions or parts list is provided. However, if you look at the upper cord hanger that is supplied and shown in the instructions, you can deduce that the the mystery part is a lower cord hanger and how it mounts to the unit is obvious. Having the upper and lower hangers installed makes cord stowage much better than if only using the upper hanger as shown in the instructions. I was surprised that the instruction sheets (even the online versions) omit this part, but no harm done once you realize what to do.

Nice unit, but some design flaws
Nice little unit with enough power for most tasks, but has a couple of design flaws:The power plug includes a large breaker (a/k/a wall wart) that's too bulky to plug into an outdoor outlet with a flip-up cover, so you can't use the unit without either using an extension cord or taking off the outlet's cover plate. The breaker should be moved a few inches down the power cord and the cord should have a standard plug. The soap system is also poorly designed. The soap tank is mounted in the back of the unit in such a way that you need to use a funnel to pour soap into it from a jug, emptying soap back into the jug requires lifting and holding the whole unit over a funnel, and the tank is small. Worst is that the unit only allows you to dispense soap using the black low-pressure tip mounted on the short, standard lance so you can't get any soap much higher than about 12 feet without getting up on a ladder. Putting the low-pressure tip on an extension wand doesn't pump any soap, just low-pressure water. The unit needs a soap/no-soap switch so the user can dispense soap from any tip, and either a more convenient system for filling and emptying the soap tank or a siphon hose to bypass the internal tank and draw soap from a jug.Generally, though, a good unit and worth the money.
