21st Century Gelatin 600mg, 100 Capsules

This stuff works really good. Made my nails very hard and made them grow out really fast. I wasn’t paying attention to my hair but I hope it works on that like it did my nails. I used this product about a year and a half ago. It took about a month before I saw a difference. I stopped using it and my nails stayed strong for about 6 months. So I started using it again a couple of weeks ago. My nails and my hair needs help and I really think this will do as well as it did before.

I started taking the gelatin capsules Sept 15. It does take about 45-days to reap the full benefits. After 7-days, the aches and pains in the knees went away. I've regained alot of flexibility allowing me to sit on the floor Indian style "like my younger days." I can walk longer without pain. My nails strengthened closer to the 30-day mark with noticeable growth. My hair was noticeable stronger and less shedding at the 45-day mark. I bought a total of 6 bottles and take 2 capsules per day. Consistency is the key for results. I am happy with the results and purchase.

I have been taken gelatin for a long time. I believe it helps to keep your arteries pliable and your finger nails strong. This product is as good as any.

I would’ve given this product a higher review, however, some of the capsules are empty. I love the fact that I have now been able to grow my nails, long & strong due to this product, but I’m being cheated with some of the capsules being empty. I’m really not getting 100 capsules for the price. I’m getting less. I hope the manufacturer looks into this because it’s not a good buy - if it continues to happen.
