Best gas/propane detector on the market today. I had a gas leak in my propane stove that I didn’t know about. I lost 400 gals of propane in 2 months. It could have resulted in a catastrophic explosion. This detector would not stop going off until I turned the gas valve off.

The reason for the 4 stars because the package says new but it was not. The equipment works, but it was falsely advertised. The package was not even properly sealed.

No contábamos con este producto detector de olor a gas.. gracias a una tía que tuvo una fuga de gas de una perilla le salvo la vida porque ya se iba acostar y estaba dejando prendida ella ya es una señora mayor y sonó se fue a revisar y estaba oliendo a gas la pedimos y ya tengo en mi casa.

I do like this product. It plugs in, which makes it convenient if you don’t want to drill holes in a ceiling or a wall to hold one up. When the power goes out, and then comes back on I will hear a little voice resetting the system it always startled me. But I always know when the power is back on.

If I could do no stars I would. Had these for a few months they are defective...they have gone off several times and I've had to call the gas company to come out and check. I'm done with them and purchased different ones. I feel I should be refunded the purchase price for these
