Squire Sonic Stratocaster HT Electric Guitar, Arctic White, Maple Fingerboard, White Pickguard

I took a chance on this guitar and thought “How good can it be?”. I have 6 other guitars of varying prices but none that are less than $700. Until I received this guitar. I had no big hopes for anything, I just wanted something that if I dropped it, I wouldn’t want to cry. HOWEVER! This guitar is my daily go to guitar! Out of the box THIS THING PLAYS AMAZINGLY! Every single day I pull this off the wall, plug in and am always delighted by this guitars playability. This plays better than any of my full priced models. If you have anyone wanting to learn guitar, THIS IS THE TOOL to gift them. Amazing sound, neck feels incredible, I cannot emphasize HOW GREAT THE PLAYABILITY REALLY IS! Ive had it for 8 months or so and still has the strings on it that came with it, I hit the whammy bar often and very little goes out of tune, this is a budget model that plays better than my Fender Toronado GT HH. This may be the last guitar I ever buy, ITS THAT GOOD! Zero regrets and always happily surprised every time I pick this up. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I ADORE THIS GUITAR SM!!! it's my first electric and I love it to the moon and back. Came with the box pretty dinged up for a package that said "fragile handle with care" plastered all over it, but the guitar was perfect so really no complaints. Its heavier than I expected 😭 ig just cause I've never played nor even held an electric before, as prior to owning this gem I mained acoustic. The sound of this guitar is lovely abd im sure once I get more skilled it'll sound even better!!! The neck feels so nice ommgg the frets aren't sharp or anything you can really barely feel them unless you slide down the neck with a barre chords or smth really fast then it kinda hurts a bit lol but to be expected ig. Its so pretty im gonna cry lol. I love it sm I highly recommend as a first guitar or even as an experienced player bc it's genuinely good. I see lots of ppl buying these as modding platforms but honestly they're amazing on their own. I would love to get a whammy bar for it, but idek where to start with stuff like that or if these can even allow one to be installed lol. Either way, bc I'm rambling, lovely and amazing guitar!!!

This guitar is an entry level guitar, but can also be used by an intermediate player. Very good quality.

This was a great platform for a VH black & white customization. I buffed off the Squire logo and put on a gold Gibson waterslide. Then, locking tuners, brass nut, stainless frets, vintage style saddles, thick brass block, Duncan '78, single pot with kill switch, and of course some masking tape and white spray paint! It was a satisfying process and still ended up far less expensive than an "official" EV black and white. It sounded and played great right out of the box too. I just like messing with stuff.

Liked the playability of the guitar, pulled some nice clean tones on a Mooer modeling amp. The 5 watt THR modeling amp couldn't get the changes of the different pickup selections. The appearance is really striking in Olympic White. The summer heatwave necessitated some applications of mineral oil to the neck and fretboard. Put some polyurethane and guitar polish on the neck for a glossier finish, otherwise the neck was acceptable for an entry level guitar. The last part of the setup was a minor truss rod adjustment and a fast polish of the fretboard The Sonic HT Strat can really go for a practice guitar (pop, rock, light jazz). Think that a starting guitarist would appreciate this guitar It feels like a Stratocaster guitar when I was plugged in.

I've been a guitar player since middle school and have always loved the sound and look of Stratocaster models. The first Strat I had owned was one I had purchased from a music store in Roselle Park, NJ back in 1990 and I kept it for 24 years until I sold it to a co-worker in my place of employment by which at this time I was the bassist of this band I was in until the pandemic hit in the spring of 2020, thus claiming the life of my longtime soulmate and singer Terri, whom I named the Telecaster I had purchased from Amazon that June. This guitar makes it my second guitar purchase from here since then. What I like best about the Strat model is that it has a maple fretboard and that has a whammy bar for fancy playing methods and not only is it black like the previously owned Strat, but so is the pickguard. I had originally meant to get this guitar for my birthday fifteen months ago and for celebrating the Stratocaster's 70 anniversary but unfortunately due to financial reasons and my mother's declining health I suspended that plan. I'm happy to have it now eventually! For all of you Strat lovers or those of thinking getting one, don't delay!

I HIGHLY recommend this guitar. It's a steal for $200. I've been playing for 15 years and I love mine I just purchased a month ago. For any beginner reading this and want to buy a quality starter guitar this is probably the best bang for your buck. In my experience, it came out of the box almost perfectly set up (which is rare for me), very minimal cosmetic flaws (a few small places of paint on the back of the neck and headstock), and the fretwork is better than $800+ guitars I have purchased. I rarely write reviews especially good ones, but I have to give props where props are due.

Die Farbe ist der Hit und wer eine Strat einstellen kann, holt alles aus diesem Instrument heraus was man sich von einer Stratocster wünscht. Für ca. 50 Euro macht das auch ein Fachgeschäft und dann ist die Gitarre immer noch sehr preiswert gewesen.

J'ai craqué pour sa couleur qui sort de l'ordinaire. Très joli, une touche pastel qui fait du bien. Belle finition, agréable à jouer, très bonne qualité pour le prix. Bien emballée et reçu en avance, sans accros. Merci.
