Finally Found an Iron Supplement That Doesn’t Upset My Stomach
I’ve tried several iron supplements over the years, and most of them left me with unpleasant side effects like nausea, constipation, or stomach cramps. This brand has been a total game changer.I’ve been taking these consistently and have experienced zero side effects. No upset stomach, no bloating — just a gentle, effective supplement that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I also appreciate that the pills are easy to swallow and don’t have that metallic aftertaste that some iron supplements leave behind. It’s rare to find an iron supplement that’s both effective and easy on the system, so I’m sticking with this one. Highly recommend it to anyone who’s struggled with iron pills in the past!

Great Product
Was really happy to find this dose of Iron in. something other than a gummy. I truly dislike liver and all the gummies I have found left a liver aftertaste and I just couldn't keep taking them. This is a very easy capsule to take.

Best iron for me
As a woman, I bleed buckets every month. I also donate blood regularly. All this causes one to become a bit anemic here and there, so I take iron pills to avoid the lightheadedness from a lack of iron in my blood. This one has worked the best for me personally because it doesn't hurt my stomach and it's just enough iron to work (again, for me personally). I've tried other iron pills with more iron (like 27 or 28 mg) and those made my stomach hurt a bit.

Good dose for iron supplementation.
Decided to try iron biglycinate after ferritin levels came back low. I wanted to start at a lower dose so 18mg was a good option. I won't know if my levels came back up just yet but so far no unpleasant side effects.

Non constipating
I've been using it for years. It's a low dose and my Ferritin showed up a little high, so I'd say use it with caution. Most important is non constipating.

Not easy on my stomach
I bought these because iron supplements typically make me so sick to my stomach, I decided on this one since it was lower dose. Unfortunately after taking one dose I'm WRECKED with stomach cramps. Every day I took one, I felt off. Whenever I skipped, I felt okay.I'm pregnant at the moment which may be a part of why I'm reacting to them so poorly, but I will counter this issue by saying it did improve my iron levels.Would love to update after pregnancy to see if this resolves! For now, I'm gonna try something a little different.
