My almost 12 year old daughter and I have really bonded over this journal.

This book has been so helpful in helping my teen and I work through our communication issues, and open the door to more conversation. Both my daughter’s therapist and mine commend us for using this book together. It has great prompts that are deep, heartfelt, and casual. I would recommend this book to any mother and daughter, but especially if either of you have communication issues or any walls up.

I bought these for 3 of my nieces all around the same age and birthdays close together. As a teen girl mom myself, I know how hard it can be to buy for teen girls! This is a great way to open the lines of communication between mother and daughter! My sister in laws and nieces seemed really excited about this gift! I can't wait to check in with them in a few months to see how they are liking them!

Bought this to give my preteen daughter and myself something to do. We love sharing our pages together and even doing this without each other knowing so when we go to fill out a page we see what the other ended up filling out. It’s become some that we look forward to each day and it’s a neat bonding idea in a way. Without having to say anything out loud there’s pages to write your thoughts and I think it’s helps my child get through some times when she was too scared to talk to me or approach me. So I highly recommend this book! Worth every penny!

Great book to share with my daughter.

I got this for my tween daughter to connect with her- and for her to have a memory for later years. We have really enjoyed starting to fill out the pages. Once we are done, we hide it for the other person to find around the house :)
