Excellent supplements - they are the best Omega threes I have ever tried.

Expensive and not sure it is helping.
Perhaps I eat enough oily fish that I do not need it? As so many people recommend an Omega 3 supplement I thought I would test it. After two months I honestly do not know whether taking this supplement has been beneficial. It is expensive, so I will stop and see if I then notice any negative effects. It is quite a large capsule but easy enough to swallow. There is no taste when taking it, but definitely a fishy after-taste as it starts to digest, but not strong enough to be unpleasant.
