Essential for car cabin air filtration
I have a medical condition -very sensitive to inhaled irritants- especially outdoor. I use a HEPA car, cabin air filter and this device. I have air quality monitor in my car cabin, and even when the air quality was dangerous because of the Canadian wildfires, the above combination could get the air quality in my car cabin back to zero (best air quality) from a red zone rating within five minutes.

Filters smells but feels like same as a regular filter
Used with a makeshift air purifier taped behind a desk fan. It helps. Not sure it helps significantly more than a regular filter on the VOCs.

Downgrade from previous filter
This is a directl downloaded in filtration efficiency from the previously available filter from Philips. There must be cost-cutting going on.

Fine filter; slower cleaning speed is because this filters much smaller particles
This is a fine filter replacement for the GoPure 5212. Some other reviews note that this purifies air more slowly than the Allergy Plus filter from Philips, but that's because this filter goes down to 0.015 microns and the Allergy Plus filter only goes to 0.3 microns (both as of writing this review). Filtering smaller size particles means air is moving through through the unit at a slower speed. The 5212 unit itself works fine with this filter, though the protective cover falls off way too easily no matter which filter you use.
