NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MOST NETWORKS!!
STOP!!! 🛑 DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE!!!! IT IS NOT UNLOCKED! When I went to activate this phone and realized it was not compatible with most networks I was their customer service. The first time they answered but got very frustrated and told me that it "should" be working and they didn't know why it wouldn't be. I told them if I couldn't get it figured out I would call back. My calls were never answered again. Very dishonest!

Good phone
I bought the phone new, unlocked. It came in the original Samsung box, along with a charging cord and the pin to pop the Sim card holder. The instruction manual was in Turkish. Doesn't really matter - everything is online anyway. I turned the phone on, it came up in Turkish but I switched it English. I have Verizon, very simple to insert my Sim card and go from there. Good phone, easy to use, easy to set up. This is my 4th or 5th Galaxy, and I have never had a problem with them.

Buen teléfono, no es nuevo
NO es un teléfono nuevo como se publicita, es reacondicionado. En mi caso ni siquiera me mandaron el color que pedí, sin embargo el teléfono anda de maravilla por ahora sin problemas así que vale la pena por el precio que tiene.
