Q: Will the plate fit into a peak design capture clip? Or will the peak design one fit this tripod?

Sorry I don't know but I will say that the plate is an odd fit as I tried to fit it on a few of other tripods with no joy, ended up loosing the plate and luckily I managed to find a second hand one on eBay, the cost of a new plate is pretty expensive but I must say that these are very good tripods and well worth the money.
