How do I know when it's fully charged?

When all 4 power indicators light up and turn green, it means fully charged.

Do they actually produce 900,000 lumens...? Because this seems a little farfecthed.

I have no equipment necessary to test their advertised lumen claim, but they’re pretty bright. They’re sufficient for my occasional requirements, bright than other flashlights from different manufacturers. I have not used them enough to get a fair assessment of the battery capabilities, but so far so good using occasionally. The price is inline with my expectations, as far as quality and other features. I hope this helps even though I couldn’t provide an answer on the advertised lumen claim.
