This cable is good for all types of network runs whatever your application.I have experience with setting up network runs so even though the description says for outdoor use I would only use it indoors due to lightning strike danger.It is a good network cable and it gets the job done.As a rule ethernet cable runs are a maximum of 100 meters and this is well under that.If you need a good long ethernet cable this is a good one.

Just your basic cat5 ethernet cable. PoE devices work fine with this, though 100 feet is a pretty long run so make sure its plugged into a reliable injector or PoE switch. Great value too, you never know when you'll need 100 feet of ethernet so its good to just have this in your back pocket. The snag free design is less prone to snapping off the retainer but leaves it exposed for easy actuation to disconnect. Good weight to the cable too. Feels quality.

description says solid copper, cable marked 90% copper. seems smaller than 24awg. no gel inside cable. easy reel box works well. 140' poe to 4k ip cam works well. economy cable

The quality looks good, and it arrived early. The only thing I would’ve liked to see is one of the ends have a boot over it to keep it from the outside weather, considering it is used outdoors.

It was a great cord for 5 days and now it doesn’t work.
