Good precharged unit
Supper easy install it's precharged. Started up and was heating my garage in no time. You will have no warranty if you install yourself and if you find a licensed HVAC technician who will install it you only have 60 day's from date of purchase to have warranty paper work submitted. I now have two of these units and my first one has been running for five year's.

Terrible customer service from seller and manufacturer
Long story short during initial inspection installer found stripped service valve. Manufacturer and seller immediately said it had to have been something I did and refused to help. I have to pay for freight return, and 20% restocking fee. This is equal to more than half the original purchase price. Amazon is giving me the run around currently. Stay away from this seller and manufacturer. Stay away from third party sellers, Amazon does not have your back. Cooler and hunter does not stand by their product.

Best home impolrovement I've done yet: mini splits
Finally got these installed just before summer of '25 on the sun facing South wall. I love these mini's. My house has bever been this cool and quiet in California summer. They look absutely beautiful fir a cooler too!

Good product
Awesome product. Had it legally installed by a licensed HVAC professional and it works so good in both heating and cooling so far. Price was not bad and shipping went very well. I personally recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a mini split system for heat and air.

Inaccurate Description
Description and pictures of product are not accurate. Pictures show same size indoor wall units, but actual product is two different sizes.

compressor failure
I installed two units for my daughter, I am licensed. They both worked fine for the first year, but both units gave errors the next season. The company gave NO service, my daughter is out thousands of dollars and no AC! The error indicated a compressor short to ground on both units.
