The only olive oil I buy
I love this olive oil. It has such a strong flavor, and as I write this review I am starting to crave it with sound bread and balsalmic vingear. The first time I had it was at a restaurant in Los Angeles (Providence) and it was so tasty. I would say if you are nervous about buying, give it a try you might end up having a new favorite like I did.

Perfect for a simple tomato and salt bruschetta
It’s exactly the same taste as the one we had at Le Meridien hotel in Barcelona, Spain. The olive oil has a grassy type of flavor that works great for dipping bread, or to soak in cherry tomatoes and a dash of salt for a typical and simple European bruschetta. While the olive oil deserves 5 stars the extra shipping costs is a lot and the reason for 4 stars, but it did arrive unscathed so it is likely worth it.
