Never have I experienced such a profound impact in my mental state and body from a supplement. After about 3 days, I began losing weight, but having fairly profound mood swings and aggression. I kept taking it for a few more days to see if it would subside or get worse, since the weight loss and muscle gain were worth the problems on a short term basis. This definitely messes with your hormones, so be careful and don't take more than one until you know what it does to you. I doubt this would have much effect for a man with higher testosterone levels, so don't bother if you aren't looking for that.Note: I am a 33 y/o male with lower testosterone levels, which is why I have been looking for products to assist with this.
