Really Durable
I've used this before and ordered this as replacement for pond pump. It lasted 5 years so really good Mileage.

Good quality
I did not want this for water, but for workshop dust removal. Fairly good for this purpose and it will fit (just) into 40mm plumbing fittings. Quite stiff, but more rugged than most tube meant for vacuum use.

40mm is internal diameter, it's exactly what they describe. fits my needs just fine!
Reasonably flexible but also quite springy, easy to cut at the thin part, tougher at the thick coiled-spring but not difficult enough to be a problem. Retains a bit of coiled shape but could probably be straightened out with hot water I'm guessing.40mm would appear to be the internal diameter - I used a 44mm hole saw to cut holes in plastic to fit this through and that's pretty much the perfect size. Obviously be aware that this is sold per metre and the photo is of way more than 1 metre of tube!

Unfortunately once fitted to filter discovered pin prick leaks all over, very disappointed.

Needs to be better protected in packaging but otherwise good
I wanted 2m of this. I knew it was sold by the metre but it was not clear to me from the item description how to order 2m. I decided that I needed to order 2 of them and that proved to be correct. Although happy with the hose, it needs to be much better protected to withstand the delivery process. What came to me was the hose coiled up and within see-through plastic wrapping. No other protection. Consequently, probably about 400mm of the piping was crushed/deformed and not usable. Although I tried, I could not get it back into a cylindrical shape. I ended up cutting this 400mm off - luckily it was at the end. I did comment on this to the seller but heard nothing other than they were looking into it .......Fortunately, I did not need the full 2m and could easily work with what was left. I am happy otherwise!

Not long enough for the price
Used this for my pond. For the money it’s not long enough. I’d rather buy secondhand pipe.
