Sky Hunters: The Passion of Falconry

This is a stunning book. Firstly, it's about the size and weight of a good Encyclopedia! There is a lot more writing in it than I expected and some of the fantastic photos are quite small, but there are many large brilliant photos as well. It'll probably take me a lifetime to get through it all and I am sure it will become a family heirloom! Certainly has the wow factor and you won't be disappointed. I am a reluctant spender, but this was certainly well worth spending on!

This is an outstanding book full of insights and wonderful pictures of the world of falconry.

First of all, I wanted a book that I can put as one of my decoration objetcs in my living room. The fact I'm being a hawker influenced this decision and I couldn't make a better choice. Very well written and supperb pitures (very well quality of the paper also) made this book a masterpiece.2 thumbs up!

This book is expensive but well worth the investment if you have an interest in the history and pursuit of Falconry. The photographs of hawks, falcons and buzzards are truly amazing.This is not a technical book and does not teach you the art of falconry it just inspires you to take an interest in the sport.

In a lifetime of collecting falconry books this one has some of the best photos of the subjects I have ever seen. Well worth the cost.

Book arrived timely in good condition. Only one minor point of discussion to Amazon.co.uk. Why do you charge VAT, while we have a VAT code number?This ultimately leads to less orders through Amazon UK than would be the case when no VAT is charged.
