Just ordered my second box of these. All natural ingredients! Covers all the tasty areas a person wants in a snack bar. Has assorted nuts & seeds to give that crunch factor, along with fruit & maple syrup. There are different varieties to choose from, I prefer the "Apple Cinnamon Crisp".Terri from WI.

Excellent exercise food for type II diabetic
I have been searching for a snack food that will not spike my blood sugar. Most of the other brands contain too much sugar and would raise my blood sugar to unacceptable levels even while on a strenuous bicycle ride (18 MPH).Though the consistency was different at first, the Yes Bars do taste pretty good. My favorites are Strawberry Coconut and Apple Cinamon Crisp. I am trying other flavors as well.The good news is that my blood sugar is now in acceptable ranges during my rides. If you are diabetic, try these to see if they work for you too.
