Hey, postpartum mama here. I bought this because I wanted to keep track of how fast I am loosing all that belly fat. I love that the waist chain has long extendable at the back and I could keep going one loop down to fit the stomach as it reduces. Also when I eat, the moment I feel it tightening around the waist, I remember my weight loss goal and stop. In essence it helps with my portion control.And it is beautiful on the waist.I don't shower with it, so I can't tell how it reacts with water. I have had this for about a month now and so far it is still in good condition.
