Necessary for cooking or baking.
None of my grocery stores now carry this small size of whole allspice. I use it constantly for pickled, sweet canned peaches and pears served as condiment to chicken, pork and even beef. Yes, I could buy the big bottle but I like small because it stays fresh longer. When I think I need a replacement jar, I vacuum up into my vacuum bag the remainder in the jar so the vacuum exhaust smells delightful. Used to the very last berry.

Allspice
Great for pickling and also for baking pies 🥧 or whatever you prepare!! I would use anything made by McCormicks!! The flavor is there and not weak and that’s what I want in preparation of my food is the that fabulous flavor!! 👅

I have looked all over for “Allspice” and only found it here. It’s very hard to find! So glad I found it because our recipes aren’t the same without it. Ground Allspice is not the same! Thank you for having it
