My son loved this stuff as he was trying to add some bulk to his thin frame. It shipped quickly and never disappointed my son, who is now in the US Army.

Packs a punch with good clean calories. But...it does not mix well with milk and is very rich. I don't drink it for the taste though. I drink it to look like Hercules

Good taste, mixes well, just seems a lil pricey. And this is a new formula, if you look this stuff up online on bodybuilding.com it says it has Sitka deer antler powder in it but the new formula from amazon doesn't have this ingredient.

My sons have a hard time gaining weight due to their level of activities and natural fast metabolism. This stuff really helps them add some weight and doesn't mess up there stomach. Definitely would recommend.

One of my favorite products of all time. It will put mass on your bones. I've used russian bear numerous times over the years Personally I take 2 scoops with a glass of whole milk 1-2 times a day, it's extremely sweet now and I think they change the formula occasionally but still gets good results. Just make sure you run because those calories will give you muscle and some belly fat if you aren't careful.

This stuff was absolutely amazing a couple years ago. I think they changed the formula. Tastes horrible now.

Tastes like nestle quick when mixed with whole milk, like you used to make as a kid when you put almost too much chocolate in the mix! Do not mix with water, then it's gross. Love it though.

This product came perfectly wrapped!!! didn't come at the time that i wanted but it was exactly what i wanted and the price is unbeatable!
