Hard as a rock!
Horrible!! It was hard as a rock and tasted terrible, nothing like salami. It wouldn’t even give it to my dog. After only one slice I threw it in the trash. What a waste of money.

Great tasting as long as you don't get one not so good
I ordered three lamb and three turkey SF. Four were in excellent condition and tasted great. I was putting together a chacuturie table for my son's wedding. Two were not good, one of each kind = slimmy and mushy. They were stored in a dark cool celler for two weeks before pulling them out to slice.

Crumbly. Just...meh
This crumbled while I tried slicing it which to me means, they didn't use a proper binding agent. The flavor was okay. It was like eating crumbly pepper-y beef jerky. It wasn't horrible. I just wanted salami and got crumbly beef like jerky. I wouldn't buy it again.
