No, the container is very close to 2cm so 21mm would not fit.

Item was dirty, scraped and damaged.

Very poor quality - not worth even close to the £50 charged. They sent a black one when I had ordered gold. The item that arrived was dirty and scraped despite being wrapped in new packaging. It was already leaking fluid from the top when it arrived. This is not a one off either as I also ordered the silver one at the same time and it has the exact same problems - if anything the scrapes are more visible.
