This is a great product—compact, simple to use, and very helpful in the kitchen for making juice or puree. My wife uses it for everything and prefers it over the heavy juice mixers. About a month ago, the motor suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer care, and they asked for photos and a video of the issue. I sent them the details on WhatsApp, and they replaced the entire motor with free pickup and drop-off. They informed me that the warranty covers only the motor, not the jar or blade, which was fine since my problem was only with the motor. The customer support was excellent, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the product.
