Update: 8/1/24 Not as sturdy as first thought the frame is starting to bend and he doesn’t use this very much since he has an old one outside he uses we bought another one cheaper model to keep in the car. I’m concerned with this one tilting to one side and him falling. He still uses it inside the house, but it is really too late to return so be aware of that if you choose to buy. 8/23/23 Very sturdy Walker love the bigger wheels for my husband easy to assemble

BROKEN AT LESS THAN ONE YEAR UDED! Don’t resist more than 150 pounds in the seat. Is not strong enough to heavy weight people. The screws loosen when I sit down; I weigh 283 pounds. But it’s so good to walk with it.

Easy to use. Just received it so have limited experience with it. Seems very nice. Was unhappy that there was some assembly required and unclear instructions, but I figured it out by looking at the picture. Tightening the fitting was easy. Adjusting the handlebars was extremely easy!

This is my first rollator walker. Assembly is not intuitive at all, and the instructions were totally inadequate. The only way to reach the company is by email, which took several days to get a reply from. After watching a YouTube video of a different rollator being put together, I was able to assemble it, and it seems to be of good quality. However, there was a nut missing in a very key place (above the suspension mechanism) and Winlove’s email response was to please wait two weeks as the missing part was coming from China. I hope it gets here before taking my grandkids to Silver Dollar City for Thanksgiving.

This is the name of walker is very hard to use. It did no corner well . The wheels are huge, which I guess would be a plus for some people was bad for me. I sent it back. It was so light You could flip it if you were not strong enough to hold it in place.. I I have nothing to say if you’re a large enough person staring enough to push this around it comes down to the wheels. The walker itself is light weight

Really quick to unpack and do the small amount of assembly required. Brakes can be set on or used easily while moving. Seat is at the right height. Came with a cane holder which if I ever try a cane could be useful. Really good value and the blue matches my F-150.

This rollator has good and bad points. Good Points: Welding is good, finish is good, wheels are sized well, adjustable handles are good, folds nicely. Bad Points: Instructions unreadable without magnifying glass essentially useless. I put mine together by looking at pictures. The brakes didn't work very well requiring a lot of adjustment and sandpaper to remove the shine from brake pads to grip and work.

Purchased this walker for my disabled son that is 30 years old and 170lbs. Delivered in January started to use in Feb by June the weld gave out and the walker buckled! It has only been used inside and the manufacture will not replace! Several emails and calls with no response! It states 300 lbs maximum! Save your money and keep your loved one safe DO NOT PURCHASE! Dangerous product!
