Hands down the best flavor of this brand.. no contest. I do like the limited flavor watermelon/lime but besides that this one is it.

I like the coconut flavor Electrolit for electrolytes. However, the bottles are so hard to open that I can't do it . Sometimes I can open it with a pair of latex gloves and sometimes I have to have someone else open them for me. It's a shame because I really like the drink, but I have to wait for when someone is visiting to get them open. I have used large pliers, but that can make a mess.

Good drink to hydrate

I was very sick this past year and I wont go into detail but these were such a lifesaver for me. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. I tried them from a drugstore first and they helped so much my boyfriend went back and bought all of the ones they had, then I found them here and I've kept them on hand ever since. I tried 2 flavors but the fruit punch had too much acid for me (though my boyfriend preferred it), this coconut flavor was perfect, mild and a little sweet.I've brought them with me to blood draws to help re-hydrate after, since fruit juice doesn't treat me well, its not as effective as juice, but better then water. They also help me recover faster when I have frequent stomach upsets. The only drawback is the fact that each bottle contains about 2 servings and for some reason the ones I purchase here say "consume within 24 hours" the ones from the drugstore don't say that, so its strange.
