Almost but not quite
The elastic wrap itself is quality material. Made from durable elastic. The defect in these wraps is the Velcro. The nap side of the Velcro is sewn into the wrap and is apart of elastic. This part does not stretch with the elastic and it has already torn away from the system after 3 uses. The hook & loop is also a lower grade and has begun tearing away. Eventually these new elbow wraps will be unusable. Not a recommend.
