These are brilliant for me! I take strong medication which flushes out the salta in my body, these do a great jobs or replacing my lost electrolytes. The taste is perfect for me as it isn't really sweet, it's so refreshing in water with the hint of min& lime. Great for replacing lost electrolytes & helps with the effects of drinking alcohol, would 100% recommend. The price is a minimal cost for all the good that they do!

The flavour doesn’t stop anything, it’s just odd that they’d pick it. That said, the minerals within it are good and it’s not difficult to drink. The tablets dissolve quickly and there’s no more residue left than any other brand. I’ll keep buying them as long as they’re the cheapest.

These are a very good addition to my daily schedule. Taste is good and easy to drink.

Was expecting a more lime tasting flavour but they are more general citrus flavour. They seem to do the job, as I use them when out on the bike or doing a spin class. So far so good.

I take these every morning when I wake up and sometimes in the afternoon. I like the taste and they dissolve well, but I’ll probably give them a miss in the future. I wish I’d read the ingredients more closely before buying... They contain dextrose, and I was hoping for something with just sodium, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

Taste is odd and bland so I put a bit of cordial in with one but they do seem to help hydrate

These are good value. Don't drink too much water. You need to be hydrated. These capsules contain what you need. like a '' sports drink'', but better value
