Sturdy and does the job
Looks to be well made. I've used it several times and it's been fine Removable basis makes it a lot easier to remove pies or tarts. Would recommend.

Good quality and nice and deep
These are great both for deep quiches and cakes. Good non-stick surface and sturdy structure. They have been in the dishwasher several times and still look like new. The circular base is not quite as big as the pan base, but this is not a problem, as it is still considerably larger than the hole in the base - in fact it makes it easier to manipulate.
