La pince c'est cassé à la première utilisation. Les furets en plastique sont totalement inefficace (ne peux pas passer à travers le bouchons car trop souple). Canalisation toujours bouché achat inutile. Perte d'argent et de temps.

This thing saved me thousands of dollars on a plumber!
This is the most effective and awesome thing I've ever bought! If you have someone in your home who sheds like a long hair pup during the summer, then this is for you. As someone who has long hair and living with another long hair individual, this thing saved$1000s of dollars in plumbing bills. I've used every dyi home remedy, drain clog chemical, and plunger, and NOTHING worked. Within literally seconds I put it down my drain and pulled out enough hair to make a bald man a toupee. I could have made a small dog. I did it a second time and pulled out beard hair(at last I hope it was facial hair). Best thing I've ever bought. Haven't tried the metal grabber yet. I had high hopes for this snake device for small sink drains, which were abruptly dashed to the ground. The plastic snakes are small, too short, too flexible, and completely ineffective. Save your money and buy the $9 metal snake from Home Depot!

Even though my drains were not clogged, I used this product as soon as it arrived and pulled out a rather large amount of hair that was in the trap. Eventually this would have clogged the drain. After cleaning this out the drains are running better and I don’t have to worry about pouring the chemical down anymore.

No bueno. Don’t waste your money.
Don’t even waste your time, the “main piece” is not flexible enough to even go down my drain. Just buy drano instead.
